Just One

A good workout doesn't require a gym membership or a lot of equipment, here is a full-body workout with one weight. In the workout I use a kettlebell but a dumbbell or resistance band could be used.  The workout consist of four movements: hip bridge floor press, row, squat, and hip hinge (deadlift), set your timer for 15-20 minutes, perform 8-10 reps and complete as many rounds as possible. Focus on using good form/ body alignment and controlling the weight through a full range of motion.
